The Shed is currently open Mondays from 1pm to 4pm, Tuesdays 9am to 4pm, Wednesdays 9am to 4 pm ,
Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
Activities include project work, health information, social activities .
Why a Mens Shed?
Problems with men's health, isolation, loneliness and depression are looming as major health issues for men. Men's sheds can play a significant and practical role in addressing these and other men's issues, helping to connect men with their communities and mainstream society and at the same time acting as a catalyst in stimulating their community's economic activities.
